Our licensed public adjusters can get your claims package prepared and ready submit to your insurance company. Commercial losses are unpredictable and complex. Insurance policies have duties that the policyholder has to comply with, as well as terms and exclusions that can be challenging to comply with. We can help.
After a loss, our licenses public adjusters will assess the damages, document the loss, and prepare the estimate of damages to document your loss.
If your business has been shut down or suffered a loss of income, we can work with you to prepare a loss of income or business interruption package
A claims package should include everything needed for the insurance carrier to quickly review and pay your claim. Our public adjusters have worked for large insurance carriers and know what is required to get you the correct settlement.
Often time, there is a dispute as to the amount of damages. We can guide through the appraisal process on your behalf with the insurance company to get your paid.
If there is a dispute of coverage or of the amount of damages, our legal partners and/or experts such as engineers and forensic accountants can help negotiate any issues to bring you a successful resolution.
You do not pay us unless we get your insurance company to pay you.
While we will report every damage that is covered under your claim, we will not commit fraud. No one else should suggest that you sign a Proof of Loss that is not truthful, as it could implicate you in fraud. When in doubt, ask questions.
